IIS-RU Launches Academic Service Project to Enhance Cyberculture, Digital Skills, and English Proficiency at Ayutthaya.

[Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya – January 27, 2026] The Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University (IIS-RU), led by faculty members and students, conducted an Academic Service project at Bang Pa-in “Ratchanukroh 1” School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This initiative integrated student activity development with the promotion of arts and culture.

 

The morning session, starting at 09:00 AM, featured educational activities organized by IIS-RU students on "Cyberculture and Digital Footprints." The session aimed to build an understanding of internet evolution and the daily impact of digital footprints, focusing on key areas including:

· Online Ethics and Etiquette: Emphasizing Netiquette and responsible communication.

· Creative English Communication: Practicing opinion-sharing skills through English language structures.

· Digital Literacy and Threat Awareness: Detecting fake news, engaging with AI, and preventing cyberbullying to protect mental health.

In the afternoon, at 01:00 PM, the atmosphere was filled with excitement during the “Kahoot! World Culture” activity. Students participated in a competitive quiz testing their knowledge of Thai and international cultures through a modern gaming format. This session promoted learning through fun and fostered an understanding of cultural diversity.

This project reflects the commitment of the Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University, to producing graduates who possess not only academic excellence but also a public-spirited heart, ready to apply their knowledge for the tangible benefit of society.
